Turnkey Landing Page Development

Pricing: from 200,000 ₸

A landing page is a one-page website that leads the visitor to a single action: leave a request, book, buy or download. Companies launch one for Google Ads and Yandex Direct campaigns, a promotion, a new product or an event — whenever they need a fast, measurable flow of enquiries.

A landing page from Studio Nomad starts from 200,000 ₸ and takes 7–14 business days. The price includes a wireframe, a selling structure and copy, original design, a mobile version and an admin panel where you change blocks, prices and offers yourself. You can spread the payment over up to 3 months — with no bank and no markup.

We don't assemble landing pages in website builders. Each one is coded on our own CMS, so it loads fast, needs no subscription and can later grow into a full website. The studio is based in Almaty and works with clients across Kazakhstan.

Turnkey Landing Page Development

When you need a landing page — and when you don't

A landing page works well when you have one offer and a clear next step for the customer. Typical tasks:

  • Google Ads, Yandex Direct and social media ads. Each campaign leads to a page with nothing extra: just the offer, the arguments and a lead form.
  • A promotion or seasonal offer. A discount, a sale, a New Year banquet — with clear dates and terms.
  • Launching a new product or service. You can test demand before investing in a large website.
  • An event. A conference, opening, exhibition or training — with the programme, speakers and registration.
  • Collecting requests for one service. For example, booking a venue, signing up for a consultation or getting a quote.
  • Hiring. A separate page for mass recruitment with an application form.

Landing page or business card website

The two are often confused, but they do different jobs. A business card site tells visitors about the company as a whole: who you are, what you do, how to get in touch. A landing page sells one specific offer and is built as a reasoned story that ends with a request. If customers arrive from ads and need to decide here and now, you need a landing page. If they already know you and just want to check that the company is real, a business card site is enough.

A landing page is not the right choice if the company has many lines of business and you want search traffic for each of them: one page cannot rank for dozens of different queries. In that case you need a corporate website where each service has its own page. If you simply need to present the company online, a business card website will do, and if customers should choose and pay for products, you need an online store. You can compare formats and prices on our website development in Almaty page.

What landing page development includes

  • Brief and analysis. We get to know the product, the audience and competitors, and look at which ads will lead to the page and what competitors promise.
  • Wireframe and structure. We order the blocks so that visitors get answers to their questions and reach the form.
  • Sales copy. We write headlines, benefits, answers to objections and calls to action. If you have your own copy, we edit it to fit the structure.
  • Original design. The page is designed in your brand style; we select or retouch images and plan the accents and elements that hold attention.
  • Mobile version. Most ad traffic comes from smartphones, so we design the mobile version separately instead of simply shrinking the desktop layout.
  • Admin panel (CMS). You change texts, prices, photos and promotion dates, add and hide blocks — without a developer.
  • Forms and notifications. Requests arrive by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or in your CRM; if needed, we add messenger buttons, a calculator or a quiz.
  • Analytics. We connect Google Analytics 4, Yandex Metrica and ad pixels and set up goals for form submissions and button clicks.
  • Basic SEO and speed. Meta tags, structured data, image compression, fast loading.
  • Launch. We connect the domain and SSL certificate, deploy to hosting and test the forms.
  • Warranty service for 12 months after launch.

What we need from you: a description of the product or service and the terms of the offer, your logo and brand colours, photos (if you have them), contact details for the form, and access to the ad account if campaigns are already running. If there are no photos, we will select images or suggest what is worth shooting.

The structure of a landing page that sells

Every landing page is designed for a specific offer, but pages that convert well share a common logic. It usually looks like this:

  1. First screen. A headline with the main benefit, a short explanation and an action button. Within a few seconds visitors should understand where they are and what is on offer.
  2. Problem and solution. How the product helps the customer and which problem it removes.
  3. How it works. Steps, what the service includes, the package or the event programme.
  4. Proof. Photos, work samples, case studies, company figures, documents — real ones only.
  5. Price or packages. If the price can be stated, we state it: this answers part of the questions and filters out unqualified leads.
  6. Answers to objections. An FAQ block on timing, guarantees, payment and delivery.
  7. Lead form. As few fields as possible — usually name and phone — plus WhatsApp and call buttons.
  8. Contacts. Address, map, phone numbers, opening hours.

Elements that nudge people towards a decision — a promotion deadline, a limited number of places, a bonus for signing up — are used only when there are real conditions behind them. Visitors quickly spot fake timers and invented reviews, and rebuilding trust in a brand takes longer than building a new page.

The main rule is one page, one offer. If you have three different services for three audiences, it is better to build three landing pages for three ad campaigns: each page will answer its query more precisely and bring more leads from the same budget.

Stages and timeline: 7–14 business days

  1. Brief. A call or a meeting at our Almaty office: we discuss the product, audience, ad channels and the goal of the page. We sign the contract.
  2. Wireframe and copy. We build the structure, write the copy and agree it with you in one document.
  3. Design. We design the desktop and mobile versions and make revisions.
  4. Development and CMS. We code the page and connect the admin panel, forms and integrations.
  5. Analytics and testing. We set up goals and check forms, speed and rendering on different devices.
  6. Launch. We connect the domain, hand over access and show you how to edit the page.

The whole cycle takes 7–14 business days from approval of the specification. The biggest influence on timing is how quickly approvals happen and whether materials are ready: photos, logo, product information. If the launch is tied to a date — the start of a campaign, an opening, an event — mention it in the brief and we will plan backwards from that date.

Need several pages for different campaigns? We usually build the first page, launch the ads and use the first data to create the next versions, so the second and third pages come out faster and more precise.

How much a landing page costs

A turnkey landing page starts from 200,000 ₸. This covers the wireframe, copy, original design, mobile version, admin panel, forms, analytics and launch.

What affects the final cost:

  • the number of blocks and the amount of content;
  • copy: written from scratch or edited from yours;
  • illustrations, animation and interactive elements;
  • a price calculator, quiz, online booking or payments;
  • sending leads to a CRM and other integrations;
  • language versions — Russian, Kazakh, English;
  • several versions of the page for different campaigns.

Why not cheaper than a builder landing page? Builders charge a subscription, pages built with them often load more slowly, and the design is assembled from stock blocks. Our landing page is custom code with no monthly platform fees, a page designed around your product, and analytics set up before the ads go live. For your ad budget this matters more than the difference in development cost: a slow, unconvincing page spends money on clicks that never become leads.

The ad budget is not part of the estimate: you pay it directly to the ad platforms and decide how much to spend. Our job is to make sure every paid click lands on a page that is ready to turn it into a lead.

Installments. You can split the payment for a landing page over up to 3 months directly with the studio — no bank, no markup. Terms are on the Website installments page, and prices for other formats are on the Order a website page.

Landing pages for ads: analytics and conversion

A landing page almost always works together with advertising, so we prepare it in a way that lets you track every tenge of the ad budget.

  • Goals and events. Form submissions, WhatsApp clicks, calls and price list downloads are all recorded in Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica.
  • UTM tags. Each lead arrives with its source: campaign, ad, keyword. You can see which ads bring customers and which only bring clicks.
  • Speed. Google Ads takes landing page quality into account, and people on mobile data won't wait for a slow page, so we optimise images, fonts and code.
  • Message match. The page headline repeats the promise from the ad, so visitors immediately see they have landed in the right place.
  • Testing ideas. In the admin panel you can change headlines, block order and offers, and keep the versions that bring more leads according to analytics.

How to judge the result. Look not at visits but at three numbers: the page conversion rate (the share of visitors who left a request), the cost per lead, and the share of qualified enquiries among all leads. After launch we will help you read the analytics and suggest what to change on the page if one of these numbers drops.

A landing page can also get search traffic for narrow queries, but one page is not enough for consistent SEO. If you later want customers from Google and Yandex without paying for clicks, the landing page can be expanded into a multi-page site with SEO promotion.

Why Studio Nomad

  • A manageable landing page on our own CMS. Not a builder and not a template: the page belongs to you and you can change it yourself.
  • Structure, copy and design from one team. The page is built by the studio's own designers, developers and SEO specialists — no freelancers.
  • Deadlines in the contract. 7–14 business days, with scope and price fixed in writing.
  • Experience. More than 70 projects in our portfolio — from promo sites, such as the Grand Family banquet hall site with online booking and the site for the “My Otkryty” restaurant chain launched in time for its opening, to portals and online stores.
  • Growth without a rebuild. If the landing page works and the business grows, a corporate website or store can be built on the same platform, keeping the design and groundwork.
  • Installments for up to 3 months with no bank and no markup.

Who needs a landing page most often

  • service businesses — clinics, law and accounting firms, car services, salons: appointments and consultations;
  • developers and real estate agencies — a dedicated page for a residential complex or a promotion;
  • equipment manufacturers and suppliers — launching a new product line and collecting dealer requests;
  • event organisers and education projects — programme and participant registration;
  • restaurants, banquet halls and entertainment venues — bookings and seasonal offers.

See examples in our portfolio. If you are still choosing a format, tell us about your task and we will suggest an option that fits your budget and ad plan.
