Website development for clinics and medical centers

Pricing: from 500,000 ₸

Patients choose a clinic based on a few simple questions: is the right specialist available, how much does an appointment cost, where is the nearest branch and how soon can I book? A good clinic website answers them in a minute and lets people book a doctor without calling. Studio Nomad builds websites for clinics, medical centers, dental practices, laboratories and pharmacies — with online booking, doctor and service pages, and integrations with CRM and medical systems.

In healthcare and pharmacy our portfolio includes the Doctors Hunter medical tourism portal, the Prodiado B2B dental marketplace, the Astra Market dental equipment store, the Ak Zhol Pharm online pharmacy and a CRM system for that pharmacy chain.

A clinic website costs from 500,000 ₸. We write our own code without templates, work under a contract and provide a 24-month warranty with free technical support. You can pay in parts: installments with no banks and no markup.

Website development for clinics and medical centers

What a clinic website should include

The structure depends on the format: a small dental practice needs a compact site, while a multi-specialty center with branches needs a full structure with search by doctor and service. These are the blocks we include most often.

  • Services and specialties. A separate page for each specialty and key service: what is included, how it works, preparation, contraindications, and the price or starting price.
  • Price list. Up-to-date prices that your administrator changes in the admin panel without a developer. Different prices per branch if needed.
  • Doctors. Profiles with specialty, experience, education and certificates, services and schedule, plus a booking button right on the card. We built a doctor catalog with profiles like these for Doctors Hunter.
  • Online booking. From a simple request form to booking a free slot in the schedule — more in the next section.
  • Branches and contacts. Addresses on a map, opening hours, phone numbers, directions, and which doctors see patients at which branch.
  • Programs and check-ups. Fixed-price service packages that are easy to sell online with prepayment.
  • Licenses and documents. Medical license, company details and legal information — this is about trust.
  • Articles and doctors' answers. Useful content that answers patients' questions and brings in search traffic.
  • Languages and messengers. Russian, Kazakh and English versions; quick WhatsApp and Telegram buttons.
  • Search and readability. Search by service and doctor, large type and high-contrast elements — people of all ages use a clinic website.

For laboratories and high-volume clinics we can add a patient account with visit history and test results — provided your medical system can share this data via API.

Online booking and integrations

Online booking can work at three levels — we choose together with you based on how your front desk operates.

Request with a callback

The patient chooses a specialty, doctor and preferred time, and the request goes to a CRM or messenger for an administrator to call back and confirm. This is the fastest option to launch. It is how requests work on Doctors Hunter: forms that let patients securely attach medical documents, automatic transfer to Bitrix24 CRM, and contact via WhatsApp and Telegram.

Booking a free slot

The website shows doctors' real schedules and lets patients pick a free time, and the booking goes straight into your medical information system. This option is possible if your system has an API or can export schedules. If there is no ready API, schedules can be managed in the website's admin panel.

Patient account

Visit history, upcoming appointments, test results and one-click rebooking. This requires integration with your medical or laboratory system and careful handling of personal data.

Whichever option you choose, inquiries must not get lost between the website, messengers and phone. So we bring all channels into one CRM tagged by source and set up notifications for the people in charge and control over response times.

What else we connect

  • online payment for consultations, check-ups and prepayments via Kaspi and bank acquiring — see Kaspi and 1C integration;
  • a CRM — Bitrix24, amoCRM or a custom system, like our CRM for Ak Zhol Pharm with Wazzup and IP telephony integrations;
  • appointment reminders via SMS or WhatsApp, so patients do not forget their visit;
  • analytics showing which specialties and ad channels bring bookings.

Our healthcare and pharmacy projects

  • Doctors Hunter — a medical tourism website for patients from different countries. A catalog of doctors and clinics with detailed profiles (specialty, experience, certificates), descriptions of services and packages — online consultations, check-ups, treatment support — request forms with secure upload of medical documents, Russian, English and Kazakh versions, Bitrix24, WhatsApp and Telegram integration, file encryption and personal data protection. Timeline: 40 working days.
  • Prodiado — a B2B marketplace for dental clinics, laboratories and distributors: a multi-level catalog (anesthesia, surgery, therapy, orthopedics, consumables), a B2B customer account with purchase history, and a supplier onboarding module. Timeline: 40 working days.
  • Astra Market — an online store for dental equipment and materials: smart search and filters, availability by city, payment options for individuals, sole proprietors and LLPs, a customer account, sections for certificates, the service center and training for dentists, 1C integration and an optional AI chatbot. Timeline: 60 working days.
  • Ak Zhol Pharm — an online pharmacy: search with autocomplete, filters by category, brand and indication, product cards with instructions and alternatives, reservation of rare and prescription medicines with a ready-for-pickup notification, delivery or pickup, online payment, and automatic stock and price updates. Timeline: 70 working days.
  • CRM for Ak Zhol Pharm — the pharmacy chain's internal system: stock by pharmacy, batches, series and expiry dates, inventory with data collection terminals, purchasing based on minimum stock, a loyalty program, analytics, and integrations with the Provizor platform, Wazzup and IP telephony. Timeline: 100 working days.

Solutions from these projects carry over directly to clinic websites: doctor profiles with qualifications and secure document upload from Doctors Hunter, search with autocomplete and filters for a large service catalog from the online pharmacy, availability by city that becomes schedules by branch, and role-based access from the pharmacy chain CRM.

Personal data and trust

A medical website handles sensitive data: names, phone numbers, symptoms and sometimes scans and test results. That is why we build security into the architecture rather than adding it at the end.

  • Storage in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan's personal data law requires such data to be stored in a database located in the country — we choose hosting with this requirement in mind.
  • Consent to processing. Every form includes consent to personal data processing and a link to the privacy policy.
  • Secure transfer and storage. HTTPS across the whole site, encryption of uploaded files and restricted access to them — as on Doctors Hunter, where patients attach medical documents to their requests.
  • Roles and access. Administrators see requests, marketers see only content, doctors see only their own appointments. We also built a role-based model for the pharmacy chain's CRM.
  • Activity log. You can see which staff members opened and changed patient requests.
  • Backups and updates as part of technical support.

Patient trust also depends on content. The site should show your license, real doctors with photos and qualifications, and clear prices without fine print. Texts about treatments and promotions should be reviewed by the clinic's lawyer: medical advertising in Kazakhstan has its own requirements, and we plan time for these approvals in the schedule.

How a clinic website brings in patients

Most patients search not for a clinic's name but for a service or doctor: "knee MRI", "pediatric dentist", "gynecologist near me". That is why the site structure is built around queries like these.

  • A page for every service, doctor and branch. The more precisely a page answers a query, the better its chances of appearing in Google and Yandex search.
  • Local SEO. The same address, phone and opening hours on the website, Google Business Profile and 2GIS, with a map on each branch page.
  • schema.org markup. The MedicalClinic and Physician types help search engines understand what kind of organization you are and who sees patients there.
  • Answers to common questions. FAQ blocks on service pages address patients' doubts before they call and help pages appear in rich search results.
  • Expert content. Articles signed by the clinic's doctors — both search engines and patients trust content with a clear author more.
  • Speed and mobile. Patients look for doctors on their phones, often on the go, so the site must open fast and let them book in a couple of taps.

We build all of this in during development, and afterwards the site can grow through SEO promotion. For promotions and seasonal programs it is convenient to create separate landing pages for ads.

Stages, timeline and cost

  1. Discovery. We review your specialties, branches, front desk workflow, medical systems and CRM in use, and personal data requirements.
  2. Structure and prototype. Sitemap, the patient's path from finding a service to booking, and prototypes of key pages.
  3. Design. A calm, clear interface in the clinic's style that also works for older patients: large text, high-contrast buttons.
  4. Development and integrations. An admin panel for services, prices, doctors and branches, online booking, CRM and payments.
  5. Content and testing. Transferring services and prices, doctor profiles, and testing forms and booking on different devices.
  6. Launch and support. Publishing, analytics and 24 months of technical support.

Timelines on our healthcare and pharmacy projects ranged from 40 working days (Doctors Hunter, Prodiado) to 70 working days (the Ak Zhol Pharm online pharmacy). We fix the exact timeline in the contract after the brief.

To stay on schedule, at the start we will need your list of services with prices, doctors' details and photos, your license, branch addresses and opening hours, and access to your CRM and medical system if an integration is planned.

Cost. A website for a clinic or medical center starts from 500,000 ₸, like a corporate website. The price depends on the number of specialties, doctors and branches, the booking level, integrations and language versions. Guide prices for related projects:

You can pay in parts: installments with no banks and no markup, up to 12 months depending on the project. For a preliminary estimate, visit the order a website page.

Yes, if the system has an API or a data export. At the brief stage we check which data can be received and sent and choose the booking scheme accordingly.

How do you protect patients' personal data?

Can patients pay for consultations on the website?

Yes. We connect Kaspi and bank acquiring for consultations, check-ups and prepayments; the payment status is passed to your CRM.

Do you build websites for pharmacies and dental practices?
