Turnkey Online Store Development

Pricing: from 900,000 ₸

We build turnkey online stores for retail and B2B companies in Kazakhstan — from a single-brand shop to a catalog of thousands of items synced with 1C. Every store runs on our own CMS with no templates: a convenient catalog, a fast cart, payments via Kaspi Pay and Halyk, and an admin panel where managers handle orders, prices and stock.

Online store development starts from 900,000 ₸. As a guide, projects cost between 900,000 and 2,000,000 ₸ depending on catalog size, integrations and customer account features; stores with complex B2B logic are estimated individually. You can split the payment: installments for up to 9 months with no bank and no markup. After launch you get 24 months of free technical support.

Our portfolio includes the Florex flower shop, HAPPINESS natural products, the Ak Zhol Pharm pharmacy chain, Astra Market dental supplies, Hayward pool equipment, TERI SARAYI outerwear, INGLOT cosmetics and other projects for businesses in Almaty and across Kazakhstan.

Turnkey Online Store Development

What online store development includes

A store is not only a shop window for buyers but also a workplace for your managers, so we design both sides.

For customers

  • Catalog with categories, filters by attributes, sorting and search with suggestions.
  • Product page: photos, description, specifications, variants (size, colour, volume), availability, similar products.
  • Cart and checkout in a few steps, without mandatory registration.
  • Online payments via Kaspi Pay, Halyk ePay and other payment systems, plus cash on delivery or invoice payment for companies.
  • Delivery and pick-up: choice of city and delivery method, cost calculation.
  • Customer account: order history and statuses, repeat orders, addresses, bonuses.
  • Marketing: promotions, banners, promo codes, best sellers, reviews, subscriptions.

For your team

  • Admin panel for products, categories, prices and stock, with bulk editing and import.
  • Order management: statuses, customer notifications, manager comments, document printing.
  • Customer database with purchase history.
  • Roles and access rights for managers, content managers and the warehouse.
  • Reports on sales, popular products and order sources.

The price also covers original design with a mobile version, on-page SEO (meta tag templates for categories and products, structured data, an XML sitemap), e-commerce analytics setup and catalog upload.

Integrations: Kaspi, 1C, MoySklad, payments and delivery

A store that isn't connected to accounting quickly becomes a source of manual work: managers re-enter orders, reconcile stock and edit prices in two places. We connect the store to your systems so data flows automatically.

  • 1C and MoySklad. Products, prices and stock are exported to the site, and orders are sent back to the accounting system — on a schedule or in real time, depending on catalog size.
  • Online payments. Kaspi Pay, Halyk ePay and other Kazakhstani payment gateways, with automatic order status updates after payment.
  • CRM. Orders and enquiries go to Bitrix24, amoCRM or a custom CRM, so managers see the customer's history.
  • Delivery. Courier service APIs and shipping cost calculation by city and order contents.
  • Notifications. Emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages when an order is received, paid and shipped.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica with e-commerce tracking, plus advertising pixels.

How a typical 1C exchange works

1C remains the master system where items, prices and stock are kept. The site receives products with attributes, prices for the relevant price types and stock by warehouse, while web orders arrive in 1C as ready documents with the customer's details. For large catalogs we export only changes, so the exchange is fast and doesn't load the server.

If your store is already live and you only need to add payments or accounting sync, we can do that separately — see Kaspi, 1C and MoySklad integration.

Stages and timelines

  1. Analysis. We look at your range and processes: how orders are received and handled, where stock is kept, which payment and delivery methods you need, and whether your buyers are individuals or companies.
  2. Specification. Catalog structure, filters, checkout scenarios and the list of integrations. The specification is included in the price and attached to the contract.
  3. Wireframes. Home page, catalog, product page, cart and checkout — we agree on the logic before design.
  4. Design. Mock-ups in your brand style, mobile version.
  5. Development. Storefront, admin panel, payments, delivery, sync with your accounting system.
  6. Content. We import products from 1C, Excel or your old site and set up automatic updates.
  7. Testing. Test orders and payments, 1C sync checks, mobile rendering and catalog speed.
  8. Launch and training. We deploy the store to production, set up analytics and train your managers to process orders.

The timeline depends on catalog size and the number of integrations, so we name it after the specification and fix it in the contract by milestones. If you need to start selling sooner, the store can be launched in phases: first an online catalog that collects requests, then online payments, customer accounts and courier integration. That way the first orders come in before every feature is ready.

What we need from you: a product export from 1C or an Excel sheet, product photos, delivery, payment and return terms, and an agreement with a bank or payment provider to accept payments. If something is missing, we will explain how to prepare it and plan for it.

How much an online store costs

Online store development starts from 900,000 ₸. For most projects the guide is up to 2,000,000 ₸; we calculate the exact price after the brief and fix it in the contract.

The base package includes:

  • a specification and original design, plus a logo if needed;
  • a custom CMS written from scratch, with no paid engine licences;
  • a responsive mobile version;
  • online payment setup;
  • automated catalog upload and 1C integration;
  • on-page SEO;
  • 24 months of warranty service.

What the final price depends on:

  • the number of products, categories and attributes used in filters;
  • the number and complexity of integrations: 1C, MoySklad, CRM, delivery services;
  • B2B features: different prices for different clients, invoice payments for sole proprietors and LLPs, stock by city and warehouse;
  • customer accounts, bonus and referral programmes;
  • the number of language versions;
  • migration from an old site with 301 redirects to keep search rankings.

Ready-made platform or a custom store

A store on a website builder or an off-the-shelf platform is cheaper at the start. But it has an ownership cost: a monthly subscription, paid add-ons, limited integrations with Kaspi and 1C, template design and fewer SEO options. Custom development costs more up front, but the store belongs to you, runs without a subscription and grows with your processes — new warehouses, a B2B portal, an app. If sales are modest and the range is small, we will honestly tell you a builder may be enough; if the store is your main sales channel, custom development pays off.

Installments. You can pay for an online store in parts directly to the studio: a 10% down payment, then equal monthly payments for up to 9 months, with no bank and no markup. Each application is reviewed individually. Terms and estimated payments are on the Website installments page; for a preliminary estimate, use the calculator on the Order a website page.

Technology: speed, SEO and growth

We build stores on Laravel and Node.js, with a storefront on Nuxt (Vue) and server-side rendering. This stack gives three effects that matter in e-commerce:

  • Speed. The catalog and product pages load quickly even on mobile data, so fewer shoppers leave before the page appears.
  • SEO. Category and product pages are served to search engines as ready HTML with proper headings, clean URLs and product structured data — the basis for ranking on queries like “buy … in Almaty”.
  • Scalability. The store runs through an API, so you can add a mobile app, new warehouses, languages or a B2B portal without rewriting the storefront.

The store can run in several languages: Russian, Kazakh and English versions of the catalog are managed in one admin panel, and search engines get the correct markup for each language.

We also watch how shopping itself is changing. More and more people choose products through AI assistants, and these need clean data: attributes in separate fields, up-to-date prices and availability. Read more in our article “AI agents shop instead of people”. For Astra Market, for example, we also developed an AI chatbot that helps customers pick products.

Analytics. We track the whole funnel: product views, add-to-cart events, started and completed checkouts, and traffic sources. You can see at which step shoppers drop off and which ad channels bring sales, not just visits.

Security is a mandatory part of the job: HTTPS, admin panel protection, access rights, backups and bot protection for forms.

Why order your online store from us

  • E-commerce experience. We have launched stores for different sales models: a single-product brand (MOTOEYE), retail with a wide range (Hayward, INGLOT), a pharmacy chain with medicine reservations (Ak Zhol Pharm), and a B2B supplier with stock shown by city (Astra Market).
  • Our own code and CMS. No annual platform licence fees and no dependence on third-party modules. The store adapts to your process, not the other way round.
  • Integrations with Kazakhstani services. Kaspi Pay, Halyk ePay, 1C, MoySklad and courier services — the things a store in Kazakhstan can't work without.
  • Store and internal systems from one team. For TERI SARAYI the order management panel is built on our CRM, and for Ak Zhol Pharm we developed a separate CRM system for the warehouse and sales.
  • In-house team for design, development and SEO — no freelancers.
  • 24-month warranty and installments for up to 9 months with no bank.
  • Support after launch. In the first weeks we help your managers with orders, fix any bugs found and suggest improvements based on analytics. Later changes — new filters, promotions, integrations — are made by the same team that wrote the code.

Who it's for and what we solve

  • A brand goes online. You want to sell directly, not only through marketplaces and distributors, with branded product presentation and your own customer base. That's how we launched Florex and HAPPINESS.
  • Retail with physical stores. The site shows stock by branch and lets customers reserve an item and pick it up in store.
  • A product that needs explaining. For tech products the store also works as a presentation: product features, manuals, training materials and a downloads section. That is how the MOTOEYE store is built.
  • B2B sales. Wholesale prices, invoice payments for sole proprietors and LLPs, company accounts and order history for repeat purchases.
  • A catalog as the first step. If you don't need a cart yet, we start with an online catalog that collects requests — as we did for Jetour, Gesheft and Nordwerk — and add payments and delivery later.
  • Replacing an old store. We migrate products, customers and orders and keep your search rankings. If the site works but looks dated, a redesign may be enough.
  • A platform for many sellers. If other companies will list their products, you need a marketplace — see marketplace and portal development.

After launch a store needs traffic. Basic on-page SEO is part of development, while steady growth in search is what SEO promotion is for. If you are unsure which format to choose, start with the overview on our website development in Almaty page.
