Car dealer website development

Pricing: from 500,000 ₸

A car dealer website is not a business card with a price list — it is a sales tool. Buyers pick a model and trim, estimate a loan, book a test drive or a service visit, and the lead lands straight with the manager of the right dealership. Studio Nomad builds projects like this for car brands and dealers: our portfolio includes websites for Kia Kazakhstan, MG, Chevrolet, Hongqi, Jetour, Soueast, Allur and the DOSCAR dealer group.

We build websites for official distributors, dealerships and multi-brand showrooms, as well as internal systems for dealer networks — DMS and CRM. For Kia Kazakhstan we wrote a Dealer Management System from scratch: leads from the website go directly into it and are routed by region and dealer.

A car dealer website costs from 500,000 ₸. We write our own code without templates, work under a contract and provide a 24-month warranty with free technical support. You can pay in parts: installments with no banks and no markup, up to 12 months depending on the project.

Car dealer website development

Our automotive projects

Automotive is one of the strongest areas in our portfolio. Below is what exactly we delivered in each project, based on the case descriptions.

  • Kia Kazakhstan — an end-to-end platform for the official Kia distributor: the kia.com.kz corporate website and a Dealer Management System built from scratch. The site has a model catalog with specifications, vehicle pages with configurations, online requests for test drives, consultations, financing and trade-in, a map of official dealers and a news and marketing section. All forms feed directly into the DMS. Timeline: 60 working days.
  • MG Kazakhstan — the brand's official website: model catalog, model pages with galleries, trims and specifications, a configurator for color and trim, offers, financing and leasing sections, and dealerships on a map. On top of that, our own dealer management module that can generate websites for individual dealers. Timeline: 40 working days.
  • Chevrolet — a website for the official Chevrolet distributor in Kazakhstan: catalog, vehicle configuration with options and accessories, online booking forms for test drives and servicing, and CRM integration for automatic lead processing. Timeline: 50 working days.
  • Hongqi — a website for the premium Hongqi brand, built for the Allur group of companies from scratch, without off-the-shelf solutions, in 25 working days.
  • Jetour — an online catalog with purchase and test drive requests, Bitrix24 integration, tools to add models and update specifications, SEO setup and a mobile version. Timeline: 45 working days.
  • Soueast Kazakhstan — the brand's official website: catalog, model pages, trim, color and option selection, financing and leasing programs, a dealer network by region, and readiness for GA4 and Meta Pixel. Timeline: 40 working days.
  • Allur — an online catalog with filters by price, body type, transmission and engine; test drive booking with a choice of model, dealership, date and time; an interactive map of dealers across Kazakhstan; and a services section covering trade-in, financing and servicing.
  • Olam Avto — a website for a showroom that is an official Chevrolet, MG, Jetour and Soueast dealer in Uzbekistan: a catalog of brands and models with prices and offers, a loan calculator with term and down payment, a trade-in section, and Russian and Uzbek versions. Timeline: 40 working days.
  • DOSCAR — a corporate website for a group of companies that is an official Kia, Chevrolet, JAC, Jetour and Hongqi dealer, featuring a hand-drawn map. Timeline: 30 working days.
  • Tayyab Auto — a car sales portal with halal installments: customers can apply for approval right from their smartphone.

What a car dealer website can include

The feature set depends on who you are: a brand distributor, a dealership or a multi-brand showroom. Below are the modules we have already built in our projects, plus what we can add for your needs.

Catalog and model page

A catalog with filters by price, body type, transmission and engine; vehicle pages with trims, prices, specifications and a photo gallery. Each model page has prominent "Send a request" and "Book a test drive" buttons. Managers update models, prices and specs themselves in the admin panel — no developer needed.

Configurator

Choosing trim, color, options and accessories with the parameters displayed — this is how it works on the MG, Soueast and Chevrolet websites. We can also recalculate the price for the selected options and attach the configuration to the request, so the manager immediately sees what the customer wants.

Loan calculator and financing programs

A calculator with term and down payment that shows the monthly payment instantly (Olam Avto), financing and leasing sections (MG, Soueast), and a loan request form (Kia). If partner banks share their rates or an API, we can calculate payments for specific programs and send applications for pre-approval.

Trade-in

Trade-in requests (Kia) and a section with trade-in terms (Olam Avto, Allur). We can build a pre-valuation form — make, model, year, mileage, photos — and pass it to the appraiser in your CRM.

Test drives and service booking

Test drive booking with a choice of model, dealership, date and time (Allur), and online forms for test drives and servicing (Chevrolet). We can add slot-based service booking if your service schedule lives in your DMS or dealer software and is available via API.

Dealer network, offers and news

A map of official dealers with contacts, opening hours and services for each location, special offers and brand news. For networks — a dealer management module and dealer websites on a shared platform, as we did for MG.

Stock and used cars

We can display vehicles in stock and a used car section synced from your dealer software, so customers see real cars, not just the model range.

DMS, CRM and integrations

A dealer website pays off when leads do not get lost between the site, the call center and the showroom. That is why we design the website together with the system the leads go to.

For Kia Kazakhstan we built a DMS from scratch around the distributor's processes:

  • automatic lead distribution by region and dealer, flexible routing rules, SLA control for processing time and a full interaction history;
  • a sales funnel from first contact to vehicle handover, with status tracking and conversion analytics;
  • a central dealer database, access rights, KPIs by region, and financial and operational reporting;
  • dashboards for the head office: sales, dealer performance, plan fulfilment;
  • a role-based access model and an API for connecting CRM, ERP and finance systems.

In other projects, website leads go to a CRM: Chevrolet has a CRM integration for automatic lead processing, Jetour is integrated with Bitrix24, and Allur with the company's internal systems in real time. The Kia project stack also includes a 1C integration.

If you already run a manufacturer DMS, Bitrix24, amoCRM or 1C, we will connect the website to them. If you need your own system, we build it as a separate project — see CRM development and business automation. For service and loyalty programs we can build a mobile app on the same backend as the website.

A website ready for ads and search

Buyers usually start choosing a car with search and ads: they compare models, trims and prices and look for offers from dealers in their city. That is why we prepare the website for traffic from the start instead of patching it after launch.

  • A page for every model. A separate URL, title and description for each model and its trims. Pages like these can rank for queries such as "model + price + city", not just for the brand name.
  • Speed despite heavy visuals. Car brand websites carry lots of photos, video and banners. On MG we focused on fast loading with a large amount of media; on Soueast, on a mobile-first layout so cars are easy to browse on a smartphone.
  • Lead analytics. We connect GA4, Yandex Metrica and ad platform pixels and set up goals: request, test drive, financing, trade-in, call. That way you see which ads bring buyers, not just clicks.
  • Landing pages for offers. For seasonal deals and new model launches we build separate pages or landing pages managed from the same admin panel.
  • Languages. We build Russian, Kazakh and English versions; for Olam Avto in Uzbekistan — Russian and Uzbek.

If you already have a website but it brings few leads, start with an audit: we will check speed, indexing, forms and the customer's path to a request, and then decide whether improvements are enough or a new website is needed.

Stages and timeline

  1. Discovery. We learn how your sales work: who handles leads, how many dealerships you have, which systems are already in place and what the brand requires from the website.
  2. Planning. We define the site structure, features and integrations, timeline and milestones — and fix them in the contract.
  3. Prototype and design. We map the buyer's journey from choosing a model to sending a request in as few steps as possible, then design the site in the brand's style.
  4. Development. Mobile-first front end, an admin panel for models, trims, offers and dealers, and integrations with your CRM or DMS.
  5. Testing. We check forms, lead routing, calculators and loading speed on different devices.
  6. Launch. We deploy the project to the production server, connect analytics and monitor it after launch.

Timelines from our projects: Hongqi — 25 working days, DOSCAR — 30, MG, Soueast and Olam Avto — 40 each, Jetour — 45, Chevrolet — 50, and Kia together with its DMS — 60 working days. We give you an exact timeline after the brief and fix it in the contract.

To stay on schedule, at the start we will need: the brand book and the manufacturer's website requirements, a list of models and trims with prices, photos and video, contacts and opening hours of the dealerships, and access to your CRM or DMS. If the brand has a global website, we will agree which materials can be reused from it.

How much a car dealer website costs

A website for a car dealer or showroom costs from 500,000 ₸. The final price depends on:

  • the number of models, trims and language versions — Russian, Kazakh, English;
  • how complex the configurator and calculators are;
  • the number of dealerships and whether each needs its own website;
  • integrations: CRM, DMS, 1C, telephony, partner banks;
  • the amount of content: copy, photos, migrating materials from the old site.

The base price includes an original design, a responsive version, a custom CMS, content population and on-page SEO optimization.

A custom DMS or CRM for a dealer network is quoted separately, starting from 1,500,000 ₸. An online store for parts and accessories — like our Vivid project with individual price lists for wholesale buyers — starts from 900,000 ₸; see e-commerce development.

You can pay in parts: installments with no banks and no markup, up to 12 months depending on the project. To get a preliminary estimate and send a request, visit the order a website page.
