2. Proposal and contract. We prepare a proposal with the scope of work and price. The contract is signed with Nomad Standard Consulting LLP and fixes the scope, price, timeline, payment schedule and warranty.
3. Specification and wireframes. We agree on the site structure and features in an online meeting with screen sharing.
4. Design. We present mockups online and collect feedback in a single document so that nothing gets lost.
5. Development on a staging server. The site is built on a test address: you can follow the progress at any time and check pages from your own computer and phone.
6. Acceptance, launch and training. We review the site together, move it to your live domain and run an online training session on the admin panel.

For meetings we use familiar video conferencing services, for approvals a shared document or project chat, and for mockups Figma, where you can leave comments right on the screen.

At the start we will need your logo and brand guidelines if you have them, texts and photos, access to your current site and domain, and the contact of the person who will approve each stage. If you happen to be in Almaty, we will be glad to meet at our office. But a face-to-face meeting is not required for a successful project: every decision is recorded in writing, and the contract and closing documents are handled exactly as in any other project with the studio.

Timelines do not depend on the city. A standard corporate website usually takes us 30–45 days and a landing page 7–14 business days. The price of a corporate website includes original design, a mobile version, a custom CMS, turnkey content, on-page SEO and a 24-month warranty. To stay within budget, the project can be launched in phases: first the key sections and lead forms, then the catalog, personal account, integrations and additional languages. The site starts working sooner, and further development is planned on real data.

You can split the payment: installments are arranged directly under a contract with the studio, with no banks and no overpayment.
